I called upon my daughter Lauren (who just got out of bed) to come give me a hand. She had the honour of being the first person to sit in the plane!
She riveted the bottom skins to the floor as well as the nutplates As usual, she did a great job.
As for the rest of the rivets, I was able to rivet the bottom longerons on both sides solo, and then placed all of the screws into the gear boxes, which I torqued. I'll have to add the torque seal later.
There were a couple of rivets in the gear tower that I just couldn't set yet,as well as the forward 5 in the forward longeron where the nuts sit. I'll need to figure out what to do there as a result of the tight quarters.
I also finished up the rivets into the spar box and had to use MSP-42s for those, which is fine as the wing will cover that area anyway.
I removed the right tank fuel line off of the spar box so that I can rivet the bottoms skins to the centre section tomorrow.
